Payment after 100% completion and satisfaction
To put it simply, we only accept the final payment once everything is completed and the customer is left feeling completely satisfied. That is to say, every detail will be completed and not one speck of dust left behind.
Design and build process
1. Initial Contact
Following contact with one of our sales managers, a questionnaire will be provided to you. This survey is integral for the design and build process. As it allows us to gain insight into detailed areas such as the dimensions and design of your desired project, your budget constraints, the site location and if plans are available for reference.
Moreover, it enables us to plan and adhere close to the timeline provided by you.
2. Consultation, details and design
Once your questionnaire has been received, our team will arrange a design and build consultation to talk through the scope of works, budget and deliverables for the job.
In this phase we also go through the finer details that implies design and build elements. Colours, cabinets, layout, lighting, and everything in between.
The consultation is essential to compile everything that needs to be presented in the quote.
3. Quote, approval and permits
Once the quote is accepted, our team will set up a timescale for the project and organize everything necessary to ensure its success.
With the contract signed by all parties, we can start with preparations for construction once all relevant government plans and authorizations have been granted.
4. The build
At the start of the project, we will keep you appraised and ensure that tradespeople and materials are managed efficiently.
We are dedicated to our clients, treating their home with care and respect, as though it were our own. With a desire for excellence, we strive to motivate all those involved in order to achieve a result that we can feel proud of.
5. Post completion
Once we deliver the keys, our commitment to you doesn’t end there. We come back after 90 days and 12 months (for new-builds only) following completion to make sure that your home has settled without any damage. We will make sure everything is in working order!
